        HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

At DreamGirl HairCoLuxe, we are committed to providing our customers with Raw quality hair and reliable service. Please review our processing and shipping timeframes before placing your order.

STANDARD ORDERS:
Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Once shipped, standard delivery is approximately 3–5 business days for the West Coast and 5–7 business days for the East Coast.
​
EXPRESS SHIPPING:
Need your hair sooner? Express shipping is available for eligible orders. Orders must be placed by 12:30 PM PST to qualify for same-day shipment. Express shipping does not eliminate any applicable payment-processing time.
​
How to track my order?
Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation via email and once your order is shipped, you will be notified with tracking information via email.
​
AFFIRM & KLARNA:
Orders paid through Affirm or Klarna may require an additional 2–3 business days for payment processing before a shipping confirmation is issued, including orders selecting Express shipping.
​
LOCAL SAME-DAY DELIVERY:
Local same-day delivery is available in eligible Los Angeles and Orange County areas for a $20 delivery fee. Same-day delivery orders must be placed directly with DreamGirl HairCoLuxe and paid in full via Cash App or Zelle. Same-day delivery is subject to product and delivery availability.

ONLINE ORDERS & PICKUP:
Orders placed and paid through our website cannot be converted to pickup or same-day delivery orders. Online orders must complete the applicable payment-processing and fulfillment process before shipment.

PROMOTIONAL DELIVERY:
During select sales and promotions, DreamGirl HairCo Luxe may offer FREE same-day local delivery. Promotional delivery offers are valid only during the advertised dates and within eligible Los Angeles and Orange County delivery areas. Additional promotional terms may apply.

MAJOR SALES:
Due to increased order volume during major sales, orders are processed in the order received. Please allow approximately 7–10 business days for processing and delivery during designated major-sale periods. We recommend scheduling hair appointments with these timeframes in mind.

All hair sales are final. We do not issue any refunds or exchanges. Once your order is placed, there is no refund or exchange unless it is an error on our behalf. Please make sure your address, texture choice, and length choice are correct before finalizing your order. Tracking numbers will be sent and shipped out in the order received.

HOW MUCH HAIR DO I NEED? 

A full sew-in weave with Raw Vietnamese hair would need approximately 8 to 10 ounces of hair. We recommend buying 2 bundles of hair lengths 14” to 18”. We recommend 3 bundles for lengths 20″or longer. Each bundle weighs 3. 5 ounces. Keep in mind that since the hair is sold by total weight the rule is: “The longer the hair, the shorter the weft."

 

CAN I COLOR THIS HAIR?

 This is 100% raw human hair that has not been processed. You can color the hair, however once hair is treated in any way, it is no longer raw. Be sure to keep color treated hair conditioned and moisturized.

 

HOW LONG DOES THIS HAIR LAST? 

This hair can last for a long time, the better you take GOOD care of it the longer you can have it and reuse! Our clients generally use the hair for one to two years.

 

MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS

FOR ALL TEXTURES:

  1.  Shampoo at least once a week

  2. Use a shampoo no higher than pH7

  3. Do NOT massage

  4. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water

  5. Apply conditioner, comb through with a wide tooth comb, starting with the ends working your way up you scalp

  6. Rinse thoroughly

  7. Let air dry

 

DAILY MAINTENANCE:

Use styling products minimally to avoid build up

For Wavy & Curly hair use a spray bottle of water for a natural look.

For a “WET” look, we suggest a leave in conditioner & water.

AVOID ALCOHOL BASED PRODUCTS TO AVOID DRYING OUT YOUR INVESTMENT!

Comb through (wide tooth comb) beginning at the ends and working your way up to your scalp

Scrunch up hair gently to reform curls

Let air dry

Style as desired
